Bee Engineering developed to DPD Portugal, a solution that makes the information flow between customers and the delivery company: the chatbot Maria!
The customer has at their disposal a new way to solve matters related to their order, without having to use the DPD Portugal helpline. Chatbot Maria allows you to know information about the status of the service to be delivered, change the reception and pickup store address. The Turnkey project was developed by a multidisciplinary team from Bee Engineering, using a Robot Factory platform, a quality DPD uses internationally.
