Exame magazine highlighted the 50 Best Companies to Work for in Portugal 2022, in a study conducted by ManpowerGroup Portugal, in which Bee Engineering is once again awarded, this time, in the top 25.
As in previous years, the criterion to be included in this list is to reach a minimum level of satisfaction and, thus, include companies with relevant ratings. A universe of more than 13 thousand employees is analyzed and, later, the data is verified by the AESE Business School. Companies that obtain ratings above 60% enter the ranking.
This year, Bee Engineering managed to secure, once again, a place among the 50 best companies and integrate the top 25. This reflects the constant evolution and modernization of the company and that “Bee’s best differentiator is the people who work here and the way how they develop their work”, guarantees José Leal e Silva, CEO of the company.
