Bee Engineering celebrates diversity with Multicultural Arraial
In the past month of May, Bee Engineering organized its first Multicultural Arraial. The event was a tribute to equity and inclusion, setting the tone for the upcoming Santos Populares festivities. This initiative by Bee Engineering was part of the European Diversity Month, promoted by the European Commission since 2020. The aim of this dedicated month is to promote equitable and inclusive environments for the benefit of all. This year, we decided to celebrate this month by hosting our own Multicultural Arraial, where our employees and guests could enjoy moments of socializing and celebration.
This Multicultural Arraial was also an opportunity for Bee Engineering teams to showcase their commitment to equity and inclusion by celebrating the diverse cultures and traditions within the company. With music, dance, and typical cuisine from different countries, the event provided an enriching and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
This event reaffirms our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. The Multicultural Arraial is just one of the many initiatives through which we strive to promote diversity and equal opportunities.
