"Notifications and Focus Time" - Conversa Comigo (Special Edition) with Raquel | pt.2

"Notifications and Focus Time" - Conversa Comigo (Special Edition) with Raquel | pt.2

We're always reachable, but does that mean we have to be available all the time?

In the new episode of Conversa Comigo, we continue to mark Mental Health Awareness Month, this time focusing on the impact of constant interruptions and permanent availability on our daily lives, both personally and professionally.

Raquel invites us to reflect on how notifications, emails and messages can affect our concentration, increase feelings of overload and make it harder to switch off from work. In an increasingly digital and connected world, it's important to question our habits and understand how the need to always be reachable influences our well-being.

Being available at any time doesn't necessarily mean being more productive or a better professional. Learning to set boundaries, respecting our time to rest and understanding that not every message requires an immediate response are important steps towards achieving a healthier work-life balance.

We invite you to watch this new episode and share your thoughts with us: are we creating a culture where being constantly available is mistaken for being a good professional?

Because taking care of our mental health also means managing our time, our attention and our boundaries.
